PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Purchasing Operations

Responsible for daily purchasing processing (i.e. RFQ / ITQ, evaluation, issuance of Purchase Order and etc.) accordance to Society's procurement policies;

Prepare and facilitate the Tender process (TT) accordance to organisation's SOP;

Maintain all purchasing documents and records compliance with established policies and guidelines;

Monitor and manage renewal of Contracts, Price Agreements and Approved Vendor Listings.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Requirements

Minimally a Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management, or equivalent;

Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience;

Strong interpersonal skills;

Meticulous and strong in negotiations skills;

Proactive and self-driven individual with positive attitude;

Proficient in writing and preparing reports;

Basic Finance knowledge;

Curating social impactful contents through video productions and storytelling

Leading and managing production cycles

Finding other means of promoting company in order to reach out to potential clients and partners

Explore a variety of channel to produce contents and generate engagements

Maintaining working relations with existing clients
