RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics and insights

Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with other members on the CPG cluster team to drive incremental revenue

Monitor and provide timely and accurate sales forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines

Maximize clients’ investment on Facebook and Instagram by creating actionable insights from past campaigns and providing consultation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in marketing or media

Ideally experience supporting both Brand and DR related industries

Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management (internally and externally)

Proven track record of delivering on sales quota

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Exceptional data story telling and client presentation skills

Understanding of advertising success metrics

Knowledge of CPG industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with global MEP Managers to develop Facebook MEP guidelines

Reconcile architectural design intent, site/building requirements and constraints, and constructibility concerns with Facebook best practices

Work with Facebook Project Management and Sustainability teams to evaluate feasibility of LEED certification and other sustainability criteria on the project

Work with Facebook's Facilities Operations team to define and support operations team's requirements including aspects like BMS, lighting and temperature controls, etc.

Participate in various meetings to input in the selection of MEP/other specialty technical consultants, ensure integration of MEP equipment/infrastructure in projects, define any specialty spaces associated MEP systems, address design problems, etc.

Assist Facebook transactions and PM teams with lease and work letter reviews to provide input on impacts and constraints of base building MEP systems

Lead MEP due diligence report for potential/upcoming projects with local project manager(s)

Conduct MEP value engineering process

Participate GC, MEP and other subcontractor selection process

Work with MEP consultant(s) to perform a thorough peer review of all technical drawings

Perform initial site visits to identify any site feasibility concerns related to MEP systems, as well as site walks to ensure MEP installation is on track as anticipated per project schedule

Review commissioning and closeout reports and assist with handover to Facebook's Facilities Operations teams. Assist, as necessary, with MEP system start-up, testing, commissioning and acceptance

Assist in establishing job close-out schedules and implement specific procedures for close-out including submittals of as-builts, O&M manuals and Owner's training

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects and teams in different time zones and regions

Ability to run complex meetings with multiple attendees and follow up with participants for deliverables

10+ years of MEP engineer/manager experience

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or similar (PE is a plus)

Solid understanding of mechanical, process piping, plumbing, electrical and building control systems

Good working knowledge with building facilities and operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Control - Create, maintain and report on site project and program scope, schedules and milestones. Work closely with the GDCC Program Management team throughout the project lifecycle from the creation of project and program plans through project close out.

Learnings - Continually review ongoing projects for efficiencies in schedule, budget, and opportunities to enable cross-functional partners to be successful. Document data points to assist with field coordination of projects. Support development of project management best practices and initiatives, coordinating SOPs/SIPs with vendors, and participating in global and regional standards. Coordinate lessons learned with the GDCC Program management team.

Forecasting - Support leadership with forecasting and budget efforts as required. Share current project status with upstream and downstream partners, ensuring crisp and complete handoffs between teams.

Technical Reviews - Establish milestones for equipment purchase and track and report against these milestones Assist with the selection and review of a contractor to support the structured cabling work within a data center.

Materials - Assure delivery and maintenance of all structured cabling and connectivity, on time, within budget, and to global Facebook standards of quality, reliability, and uptime.

Metrics - Report progress and risks on site projects and other initiatives to key stakeholders.

Workflow - Work with team members to establish and track milestones.

Conduct pre-project planning, project handoffs, and ensure design delivery and verification. Identify and respond to project risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively through effective action and appropriate escalation.

Track and manage project change order requests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

10+ year’s experience in large scale data center / network project management.

Experience engaging and guiding stakeholders.

Experience providing solutions to project related challenges.

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

ISP (Inside Plant) OSP (Outside Plant) structure cabling.

Data center development and/or construction management experience.

PMP or similar project management related certification.

Experience with Primavera 6.

Experience managing IT, IP and Transport (Optical) Network deployment projects terrestrial / subsea in a mission critical environment requiring coordination across multiple disciplines for the delivery of a common goal.
